Former eBay Legal Counsel Brings Deep Experience in eDiscovery for Large Organizations

He will have responsibility for overseeing all legal matters and informing ZL’s go-to-market strategy with regards to eDiscovery.

He also successfully defended the company in numerous anti-trust and consumer class-action lawsuits. Prior to eBay, Sand held legal positions at Pillsbury Winthrop and Jones Day.
