Talent Acquisition Specialist – India

ZL Tech is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our internal recruitment team. This hire can expect to become involved in sourcing, qualifying, and managing candidates for all functions. This role is remote based.


  • Cover roles across all areas of the business, which may include Sales, Account Management, Partner Development, HR, Support, Project Management, Professional Services, Software Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and more.
  • Agree job requirements with hiring managers.
  • Source candidates via multiple methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, applications, social media.
  • Carry out initial qualification interviews with candidates via Teams or telephone.
  • Manage ongoing interview processes, liaising with hiring managers, interviewers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
  • Actively prioritise workload.
  • Manage incoming interest via our jobs@ inbox.
  • Assist with other hiring areas when necessary.


  • 2+ or more years’ experience internal talent acquisition/recruitment, ideally for a technology organization.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivation and resilience
  • A creative and results-oriented mindset
  • A high level of organisational skills, particularly in regard to multi-tasking.
  • Experience of using LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems, other relevant tech tools.
