Talent Acquisition Specialist – Campus

ZL Tech is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our campus hiring efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Agree upcoming requirements with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage advertisements with college campuses in the US, via HandShake and other tools.
  • Identify and assess other methods and tools for attraction of entry-level talent.
  • Manage incoming interest via our jobs@ inbox.
  • Perform an assessment of suitability on entry-level/campus applicants, using tools such as one-way video interviews, online testing, telephone interviews, zoom interviews, as well as in-person meetings.
  • Fully manage hiring process from attraction, to assessment, interviews, through to offer and start date.
  • Assist with other hiring areas when necessary.

Requirements

  • 2+ or more years’ experience of managing or working on campus and/or entry level hires, ideally for a technology organization.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivation and resilience
  • A creative and results-oriented mindset
  • A high level of organisational skills, particularly in regard to multi-tasking.
  • Some experience of IT tools relevant to campus hiring would be useful, e.g. HandShake, SparkHire, HireSelect
  • A location close to our Silicon Valley HQ in Milpitas CA is preferable.
