ZL Tech is seeking a high-calibre Account Manager to manage relationships with some of ZL Tech’s large enterprise BFSI clients.
- Manage and develop relationships with key leadership and technical individuals within existing Fortune 500 client organisations.
- Be the main point of contact for the allocated large customers.
- Manage expectations and problems before, during, and after engagements.
- Develop a holistic understanding of customers’ business needs and be able to talk with authority about the integral value ZL products provide, specific to each client.
- Help to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Represent ZL Technologies at industry trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and other events.
- Work cross-functionally with ZL and customer teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Focus on 3 Rs – Referenceability, Retention, Revenue.
- A substantial and successful track record in a client-facing technical or commercial role, dealing with large enterprise clients for a software solution vendor or partner.
- A good understanding of enterprise IT concepts and processes.
- The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical contacts.
- The gravitas needed to engage and build relationships with contacts of all seniority levels up to C-level within very large organisations.
