New Offering Enables Enterprise-Wide Control Over Quickr Server Data

ZL UA Quickr Archiving is the first archiving solution in the industry to enable real-time, policy-driven control of all Lotus Quickr content, ensuring that customers are able to enable data loss prevention controls, to apply global retention policies, and to efficiently store and search their Quickr data for legal preparedness. As collaboration software is deployed throughout organizations to increase productivity, records managers, general counsel, and compliance officers want to manage this growing source of enterprise content. At the same time, it is apparent that collaboration software falls short with respect to controlling the information risk that is inherent with data flowing across multiple collaboration access sites. Additionally, older documents in Quickr can be stubbed and moved to more cost-effective storage to reduce storage costs.
- Policy Management – Having all Quickr data stored in one central repository allows for user-defined policies to be configured through ZL UA to manage specific departments and users, set retention policies, ensure compliance through content control and data loss prevention, etc.
